No limits. Once subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you like. They’ll be completed one by one.

Most designs are delivered in two days or less. For more complex requests, expect a bit more time.
What do I get in 48 hours?
For typical requests, you’ll receive a completed brand concept, landing page, or social template set within 48 hours. Larger projects are delivered in parts every 24-48 hours until finished.
Who are the designers?
At Dee7 Studio, you’re working directly with our lead designer. For specialized requests, like animations or custom illustrations, our partner designers step in.
How does the pause feature work?
If you only have a few requests, just pause your subscription when done. For example, if you use 21 days of your 31-day billing cycle, you can pause and save the remaining 10 days to use later.
How do you handle larger requests?
Big projects like full website or app designs are broken down. You’ll receive progress updates every 24-48 hours until the entire project is complete.
What design tools do you use?
We work primarily in Figma.
How do I request designs?
Request designs using Notion. Whether it’s a Google Doc, wireframe, or a Loom video briefing, if you can link it or add it to Notion, it works.
What if I don’t like the design?
No problem—we’ll revise until you’re 100% happy.
Are there any design services you don’t cover?
We don’t cover 3D modeling, GIFs or animated graphics, complex packaging, extensive print design, or Adobe InDesign projects.
What if I only have one design request?
That’s fine! Just pause your subscription after your request is done and come back anytime you need more design work.
Are refunds available if I don’t like the service?
Due to the high quality of our work, we do not offer refunds.
